Exercise Manual In Mommy Without Pounds, I’ve designed a SPECIFIC step-by-step Exercise Program (with 3 different Stages) so you can avoid injuring yourself when getting back into exercise after delivery. As with any exercise program, the KEY to success is doing the exercises with the CORRECT form, which is why I've put together this Exercise Manual – it has pictures and detailed instructions for EACH exercise. I’ve also provided summary flash cards that you can print out and use once you’re familiar with the exercises.

Exercise Journal The EXERCISE JOURNAL will help you keep track of what exercises/activity you're doing each day/week. Keeping a journal is a GREAT motivator - often it will show you that you’ve done a lot more than you thought you did.
