                                 As a teenager,  

 I would pore over weight charts, count every calorie and devour slimming magazines by the dozen. So I did what every dutiful mother should do………. refused point blank and told her that it was her responsibility to do the project alone.

After a short period of shouting, followed by some gold-standard door slamming, I fired up my laptop and started Googling………!

 I can only describe what I found as an Epiphany. My eyes were opened and I could suddenly see just why I had failed to manage my weight for my entire life.
